At GourmandNow we dedicate our time to deliver quality products to consumers in an easy, cheap and discrete manner. We do our utmost to be able to offer a wide range of products that can satisfy as many consumers as possible when it comes to a good price and high quality.
As a member of GourmandNow, you each month get an amount of credits that you can use in the GourmandNow entire shop to purchase every day goods in bulk. The amount of credits you receive is equal to the membership cost, based on the EUR currency (1 EUR = 10 credits).
In GourmandNow credit shop, we offer a very wide variety of products. All of our products are held at low price and the price always includes packaging and shipment.
To keep it as simple as possible, you only need to use your credit card once. Afterwards, a small amount of money is deducted from your credit card each month, and converted into credits that you can spend in the shop.

2. Terms and agreement
2.1. Acceptance of the terms and agreement
When you place an order, you acknowledge that you have read, and that you agree to gourmandnow.com terms and conditions. It is this that shall be deemed to constitute an agreement between you and GourmandNow.
2.2. Terms of subscription
Upon ordering the introductory period, you also subscribe to an on-going subscription, whereby you receive credits in your account every month. You can swap credits for a range of quality products on gourmandnow.com – You of course, get free delivery on these products.
3. Ordering a subscription
3.1. Age
You have to be at least 18 years old to order or buy a subscription with GourmandNow.
3.2 Subscription price
GourmandNow may offer promotional campaigns to new subscribers. The price depends on which campaign that you want to use. The introductory (trial) price will cost 5.00€ or lower. The introductory (trial) period will be between 5 and 14 days depending on the terms of the campaign.
The monthly subscription will cost //RENEWAL_PRICE_3//€ or lower, and will continue to be billed on the subscribers credit card until cancelled or unsubscribed by the subscriber.
Please note that prices and charges are subject to change. If you do not agree to the change, you may cancel your subscription in your self-service page or by emailing [email protected]
Your monthly subscription price, which cost //RENEWAL_PRICE_3//€ or lower, can be split into smaller deductions, or downgraded to another pricing model as an automatic service after sign up. If this change occurs your receipts will reflect the new subscription price.
3.3. Payment with credit card
Upon placing and order, the amount for the introductory period will be charged, and the amount for your credits will automatically be transferred to your account. The monthly charge for the subscription will automatically continue until you actively unsubscribe. You can easily manage your subscription details after you have logged in to the members area.
In case of the event that there is no money on your credit card, the deposit of your credits will be postponed until it is possible to make the payment on the card again.
The following credit cards can be used for payment; Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron and JCB.
All billings will be displayed as gourmandnow.com on your bank statement.
A confirmation email for your order/payment will be sent to the email you stated upon signing up for the subscription.
3.4 Payment debiting times
All payments will be debited at time of order, if for any reason we do not have the stock or can’t complete you order, you will be notified and your credit or debit card transaction will be cancelled, so that you will not be charged.
We must receive payments for all orders in full, before they are dispatched.
3.5 Right of regret regarding your subscription
You have 14 days right of withdrawal on the purchase of the introductory period. You can only cancel or withdraw your purchase if you have NOT used your credits that follow your subscription. As it is an on-going subscription, there is no right of withdrawal on the purchase of the on-going monthly membership payments. The 14 days start from when you sign up to the introductory period.
Upon the withdrawal of your purchase, you have to send an email to [email protected], where you state the following details:
Subscription information – so we can find the right subscription.
State that you want to cancel your purchase.
3.6 Length of subscription
You can always cancel your subscription.
After the introduction period, the subscription will continue automatically until you actively unsubscribe from it.
3.7 Termination of the subscription
Unsubscribing the subscription has to be done via the website gourmandnow.com at least 2 days before the next renewal date (that date is stated on your confirmation letter).
3.8 Subscription information
You can find information about your subscription on the website gourmandnow.com. Login information is sent to the email you subscribed with.
3.9 Information regarding personal information
When you order a subscription from GourmandNow it is essential that you register with correct personal information.
If there are any changes in your personal information, you are obliged to update them on GourmandNow website.
If you get a new credit card, or the credit card has been cancelled or expired, the subscription will cease and you will not be able to make any further purchases. You can inform us about this via email or telephone.
3.10 Newsletters
GourmandNow reserve the right to send out news and offers from GourmandNow and its carefully selected partners – you can unsubscribe from these at any time without a fee.
3.11 Promotional offers and welcome gifts
GourmandNow will now and then provide special member promotional offers where you can gain access to the membership benefits for a limited period at a reduced price. The price is stated on the website/offer site also the trial period. In some cases you can also get a welcome gift upon signing up. The gift will be dependent on the specific campaign.
3.12 Taking part in a competition through a promotional campaign
GourmandNow may offer competitions to new subscribers as part of the promotional material. When you enter the competition you will automatically be part of the draw.
Each promotional competition will have certain rules such as closing dates and minimal entries, please read the campaign carefully.
General competition terms & conditions, which apply to all campaigns:
- The entrant(s) must be aged 18 or over.
- Proof of identity and age may be required.
- Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
- All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.
- GourmandNow reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions at any time and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.
- In the event of a prize being unavailable, GourmandNow reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
- Unless stated otherwise the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material.
- Confirmation of the prize will be made in writing to the winner(s) by email.
- Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
4. Personal data
4.1. Processing of personal data
Personal information and card data is handled in compliance with the Privacy Act. Personal information is not passed on to any third party.
Please be aware that credits expire after 12 months.
5. Limitation of liability
GourmandNow assumes no further responsibilities than what GourmandNow is bound to by Danish law. In case of a dispute or controversy the parties submit all their disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Denmark.

What happens, if you connect your social media services with our service?
You can use your account on social media services, for example. your Facebook account, to connect to some of our Services, such as when you create an account on our Services. If you choose to do so, we collect certain information about your social networking account for the purposes described under "Why do we gather your personal information". We collect only such personal information as is necessary to perform the Services you request by logging in to your social media account.
Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply when you use the features of your social media account. Instead, your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy and other policies of the companies that provide the services.

Group transfers
We may disclose your personal information to other companies within the CMN Group, if necessary for administrative purposes or for the provision of our Services to you. If you have consented to this, we may also disclose your personal information to companies within the CMN Group for marketing purposes. CMN Group companies that access your personal information follow practices in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The partners, sponsors and advertisers
We can share your personal information with our collaborators and sponsors when you participate in surveys and competitions in the Service. In addition, we may also share your personal information with our collaborators and advertisers, but only after you have requested it or assent that you have consented to it.

Access to other CMN sites
To access our Services, you will be prompted to log in with an email address and password or log in via a social media account. When you connect to GourmandNow or any other associated service in our CMN community, you can access the other community sites. In order to make use of the individual websites or Services, you must also accept the general terms and conditions of each site and privacy and cookie policy, which may differ from what is contained here. Your username and password for the Service are used to confirm that you are subscribed to one of our websites and will be used to confirm your identity when you log in to one of our websites. Where do we process your personal information?

How long do we store your personal data?

How do we protect your personal information?

All personal information you provide us is stored on secure servers and we have strict procedures to protect against loss, abuse, unauthorized access, change, disclosure or destruction of your personal information.
